Wow! This is a stunning photo!

For your first go with your ND400, you have done very well! The movement of the clouds is really nice, and i love the water.

To start with, the composition is beautiful, I love the lonely rock on the shore. You've followed the rule of thirds as well, which is good.

The colours in the sky are beautiful, and I love the reflections on the water. Such a magical scene you've captured.

Very nice depth of field as well, everything is nice and sharp.

Even though there is a tiny bit of overexposure in the middle of the clouds, it doesn't distract from the rest of the photo.

I'm not sure how it would look if you got rid of the rock though. The photo might lose it's composition. I still like it though <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
